Article 1 Notice of Copyright Policy

1. The company complies with copyright laws and other laws.
2. All contents (articles, photos, graphics, videos, audio, attachments, DB information, etc.) provided by the company's services are copyrighted to the company in principle, except for separate copyright indications or other sources protected by copyright law.
3. A work whose copyright for the contents belong to the user who wrote and a work whose copyright and source are indicated after obtaining permission to use the copyright in accordance with due process are excluded from the company's works.
4. The company may delete the post if it recognizes that the post in the service violates copyright and other other people's rights or violates the company's policy or related laws.

Article 2 User's Obligations

1. Users are obligated to comply with copyright laws and other laws, and in case of violation to use the service may be temporarily or permanently suspended.
2. All works in the service are prohibited from reproducing, publishing, transmitting, distributing, selling, modifying, broadcasting, etc. without the consent of the company.
3. Even if the work is used after obtaining the approval of the company, unauthorized changes other than simple error correction are prohibited and the source must be indicated.

Article 3 Measures for Copyright Infringement Posts

1. The right to a post that is posted by a user (opinion, comment, question, video, file, link, etc.) is held by the right holder, and if there is a problem related to it, the user is responsible for it. For posts that violate copyright laws and other laws, the company may suspend or delete them.
2. A right holder who claims that his/her copyright has been infringed within the service may request suspension or deletion of the publication of the work.

3. The account of the users who repeatedly violate laws and regulations such as copyright can be suspended.

Article 4 Request to resume posting

Users who have been notified of suspension or deletion due to copyright infringement reports can request the resumption by submiting explanatory materials.
